Cancer-stricken Lisa Ray signs film
Though Lisa Ray has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, she is not ready to give up . The actress has signed a flick based on Charles Sobhraj biopic, opposite Sanjay Dutt.

Lisa Ray who recently admitted to suffering from incurable cancer has given her nod to a film based on Charles Sobhraj
biopic, opposite Sanjay Dutt.
Charles Sobhraj biopic was in the pipeline for quite some time, and is now being revived.
Director Prawaal Raman tells a Mumbai Tabloid, "Lisa is to play the Charles Sobhraj character's love interest. After I heard about her illness I was wondering if bringing up work would be wise. But she assures me she's on."
He goes on to say, "I'm in touch with her regularly. I'm sure she'll be able to shoot quite comfortably. We'll make sure of that. I can't even dream of replacing her."
