According to complainant Hans Vir, who lives in Dayalpur in Ballabgarh, on January 22, 2011, a group of police officials entered his house.

"They started enquiring about my nephew Prince and wanted to question him in connection with a dacoity which had taken place in our house last year," said Hans Vir. The cops led by ASI Girraj Singh took Prince to their office in Sector 30 and framed him in a loot case.

"Prince, a minor at that time, him was beaten up mercilessly many days," Vir added.

The local court then directed the police to lodge a case under different provisions of IPC and Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 against the cops.
