A group of engineering college students have designed a special all-terrain vehicle that can wade through muddy swamps, climb hilly terrain and vroom past other cars on city roads. The single-seat, four-wheeled vehicle - designed by 11 students of the Rashtriya Vidyalaya College of Engineering (RVCE) - will be India's entry in the "Mini BAJA Challenge" organised in South Africa on October 12-13.
