Clash between truck operators Union and Industrial unit workers
Four persons belonging to Moga truck operators union were injured with blunt weapons in a clash between the truck union operators and some drivers of the Moga Focal Point Industrial Unit at Moga industrial focal point.
Four persons belonging to Moga truck operators union were injured with blunt weapons in a clash between the truck union operators and some drivers of the Moga Focal Point Industrial Unit at Moga industrial focal point late on Monday morning.

Three injured were discharged after first aid while the fourth was admitted in Moga civil hospital.
Timely action of the police saved the situation from worsening and brought the situation under control. Though the truck Union in protest blocked the road traffic for a while but
on being persuaded by the police the blockade was lifted and traffic resumed.
Police stated that the dispute occured when the Industrial Unit hired two trucks for loading wheat flour and the truck union
protested that the trucks had been hired without Union's permission.
On the other hand industrial unit owners claimed that both the trucks were owned by them and not hired.
