They also demanded the Registrar impose a ban on ongoing financial transactions from the association’s bank accounts. The delegation led by former vice-president of the association, Ganesh Dutt Joshi comprised of Devraj Singh Rathore, B S Rajput, Ashraf Ali, Ashutosh Pandy, H L Saluja and Suresh Batham.
They also submitted a memorandum to the Registrar highlighting anomalies in the association’s working and how some leaders, to grab important posts of association, were conspiring. Senior employee leader, Joshi in a statement issued here said that the delegation also briefed the Registrar about the pending case against the outgoing State President, Mahendra Sharma.
“Until the final decision does not comes in Sharma’s case, no meeting of Mahasamiti should be convened,” he added. Joshi said the Registrar gave a patient hearing to employee leaders and assured that action would be taken on aforesaid issues.
