CM? birthday celebrated
THE SAMAJWADI Party (SP) activists organised many colourful programmes to celebrate the birthday of Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav here on Wednesday. They highlighted the achievements of the SP-led government and sacrifices made by the SP leader to uplift the poor. A 21-kg cake was cut and series of candles were lit on the occasion. They also distributed fruits and blankets among the poor patients.

They highlighted the achievements of the SP-led government and sacrifices made by the SP leader to uplift the poor. A 21-kg cake was cut and series of candles were lit on the occasion.
They also distributed fruits and blankets among the poor patients.
Addressing the party workers, former MLC and senior party leader Devendra Pratap Singh said the sacrifices of Mulayam Singh Yadav for the backward classes could not be ignored. He termed the Kanya Vidya Dhan Yojna as a mile stone in women’s education in India.
He said it was the brainchild of the Chief Minister.
Meanwhile in Varanasi, the activists of Samajwadi Party organized several functions to mark the birthday of its National President and Uttar Pradesh CM, Mulayam Singh Yadav here in Varanasi on Wednesday.
Members of Samajwadi Yuvajan Sabha, Mulayam Singh Yadav Youth Brigade and other frontal organizations took out processions and congratulated each other on the occasion.
