CM lashes out at Sonia Gandhi

CHIEF MINISTER Mulayam Singh Yadav has called upon the activists of his party to take to the roads in a democratic manner if the Governor dismissed his elected government. Addressing a public meeting on the occasion of distribution of unemployment allowance and Kanya Vidya Dhan in Ghazipur, the CM lashed out at the Congress chief Sonia Gandhi saying, ?She never talks about the development and unemployment allowance.

CHIEF MINISTER Mulayam Singh Yadav has called upon the activists of his party to take to the roads in a democratic manner if the Governor dismissed his elected government.

Addressing a public meeting on the occasion of distribution of unemployment allowance and Kanya Vidya Dhan in Ghazipur, the CM lashed out at the Congress chief Sonia Gandhi saying, “She never talks about the development and unemployment allowance. She has been overlooking everything in the state except the law and order scene which was far better than several other states.”
Criticising the opposition parties, the CM said the BJP, the BSP and the Congress had joined hands to get the Samajwadi Party government dismissed in UP following its growing popularity throughout the country. “The government was distributing the unemployment allowance and assistance to girls as it was their right to get it from the government.

The Uttar Pradesh government is the first in India, which has shared the pains of unemployed boys and girls by providing them financial assistance, he added.

Highlighting the achievements of his government during the last three years, he claimed that all sections of the socie were being benefited by welfare schemes of his government.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone of 92 newly proposed development projects witht a cost of Rs 42 crore in the district and distributed cheques of Rs 31.5 crore to the beneficiaries of unemployment allowance and Kanya Vidya Dhan shemes.
