He laid the foundation stones of 34 schemes worth Rs 31.51 crore, inaugurated five schemes worth Rs 4.73 crore and announced 20 works worth Rs 50.18 crore, besides distributing Rs 55 lakh under the Kanya Vidya Dhan Yojana to 279 girls . He sanctioned Rs 20 crore for repair of roads in Banda and gifted 12 new buses to the district.

He sanctioned Rs 20 crore for repair of roads in Banda and gifted 12 new buses to the district. He also sanctioned Rs 80 lakh for solving the problem of electricity at Kalingar, funds for 33/11 KVA electricity transformers at Bisanda and Bhuragarh, besides sanctioning Rs 1.02 crore for changing the OCB of old electricity transformers. He announced Rs 21 lakh for ten 250 and eight 100 KVA new transformers and power connections to 1000 new private tube-wells.
He also sanctioned Rs 50 lakh for electricity reforms, Rs 50 lakh for cleaning and repairing of GIC drain and Rs 1 crore for solving the problem of waterlogging and improper drainage.
He announced Rs 1 crore for converting the Kamsin market area into an agriculture mandi, besides sanctioning Rs 70 lakh for repair of the Jaspura government community health centre boundary wall and rooms.
