CM set to storm Uma bastion
CHIEF MINISTER Shivraj Singh Chouhan is going to storm the Uma Bharti’s Bundelkhand bastion by addressing his maiden public meeting after he assumed the office on January 27 in Sagar.
Given its political significance, hectic preparations are on to make the public meeting a big success. Efforts are being made to ensure that Chouhan’s meeting surpassed in terms of response the Uma Bharti’s public meeting that she had addressed here on December 15 in course of her Ram –Roti Yatra.
Earlier, Shivraj Singh Chouhan addressed a public meeting at Raisen, the district headquarters that had seen Uma Bharti’s meeting and reception to her.
State BJP spokesperson Bhupendra Singh said the CM would be accorded historic reception on his visit to Sagar. He would land at Police Lines Ground at 12 noon from where he would pass through various localities in a motorcade. He would address the public meeting at 2 pm at Swedish Mission School.
