Efforts are being made to remove impression that the Hyderabad city is "comfort zone" for terrorists, Sen told reporters.

"We are of the opinion that these comfort zones have been extending support to the groups indulging in anti-national activities", he said.

A close watch would be kept on such comfort zones and more information would be gathered for taking necessary action, the DGP said without naming any organisation or individuals.

While denying reports that four suspected terrorists were arrested in Hyderabad on Friday in connection with a terror attack in Bangalore, Sen said "the Bangalore incident has made us more alert, we have learned a lessson and security would be beefed up further in the region.
