Congress candidate T Meinya Singh who was leading over his rival M Nara Singh (CPI) in Inner Manipur Lok Sabha seat, has won the seat for the party.Counting for the Outer Manipur seat will be taken up on May 19 after re-polling in several booths on May 17.
