"Development works as well as drought management during the last five years of Congress rule are being appreciated by the people," Rajasthan Congress president Girja Vyas told reporters here.
Referring to the Congress manifesto, she said Congress had a tradition of serious and well-meaning manifestos.
"Congress manifesto is not just a piece of paper, it is a set of guiding principles," Vyas said.
She accused the BJP of "destroying" education by "saffronising" text books, "paralysing" the public sector and "indulging in rampant corruption by setting up a separate department for disinvestment".
