Counting of votes for prestigious Inner Manipur Lok Sabha seat began from 8 am on Thursday at all district headquarters.

Six candidates including Congress nominee T Meinya Singh, BJP candidate Th Chaoba Singh and Cpi nominee M Nara Singh are contesting from this constituency, sources said.

Counting of votes for Outer Manipur Constituency would be taken up on May 19 after re-polling at several booths on May 17.
