Country has to accept SC's ruling on Bihar: PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday said the country has to accept what the Supreme Court has said on the imposition of the President's rule in Bihar.
However, he declined to comment on the continuance of Governor Buta Singh indicted by the Court.
