Chief Judicial Magistrate Ramesh Chandra Malviya, however, summoned AICC in-charge of Bihar and Union Minister Mukul Wasnik and the party's Muzaffarpur district head Vinita Vijay to appear in person on March 9.

In his complaint S K Ojha had earlier alleged that Sonia Gandhi and six others had cheated him by making false promises of giving him a party ticket for the last state Assembly elections.

In his initial complaint, Ojha said that Bihar PCC chief Choudhary Mehboob Ali Kaiser had advised him to meet Wasnik, who he alleged, had demanded money for allotting party ticket to him.

Ojha then tried to meet Rahul Gandhi but failed and filed the complaint to the court against the five among others.
