Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005 winner Debojit won many hearts when he was crowned the ‘voice of India’.
Couple of stage shows later, the singer is deterred to make his mark in the playback industry. He has just released his debut album titled Debojit with the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa label. The CDcontains eight tracks.
Immense talent and hard work catapulted this ‘common man from Silchar’ into a singing superstar. But the limelight does not attract him. He prefers a common man’s life to the arc lights. “I want to be as simple as I can be. I want to work hard… I want people to love me more,” he confesses. Seems like he doesn’t want instant success to spoil his attitude.
