Delhi cop commits suicide in a temple

A Delhi Police head constable shot himself to death with his service revolver in west Delhi Wednesday morning, police said. The incident was reported from Kanjhawala area of west Delhi around 7.45 a.m.

Anil Kumar, who was deputed at Kanjhawala police station for 21 months, shot himself inside a temple after offering worship.

Additional Commissioner of Police Sanjay Kumar told IANS that initial investigation revealed the policeman took the extreme step as he was upset over some family issue.
