Delhi Court to decide Soren's punishment today
Soren was found guilty of the abduction and murder of his private secretary Shashinath Jha last week.

A Delhi court will decide on the quantum of punishment for former Union Coal Minister and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha President Shibu Soren on Tuesday.
He was found guilty of the abduction and murder of his private secretary Shashinath Jha last week.
Soren was held guilty under section 302 of the Indian Penal code.
Due to Soren's ill health the court could not pronounce the quantum of punishment last week.
At present he is lodged in the medical ward of Delhi's Tihar jail.
