Talking to Hindustan Times, Yadav said that Sagar rally was allowed because its cancellation at the 11th hour would have demoralised the party cadres, who were preparing for the rally for quite sometime. But henceforth Singh would be required to seek permission of the PCC before participating in any such rally.
On the other hand, Supporters of Digvijay Singh, who left for campaigning in Uttaranchal on Friday, said that Singh was not scheduled to participate in any rally at least this month.
