Begin your meal with the clam chowder, a soup made of whole sea clams mixed with celery, sweet onion, potatoes and milk. For appetisers the Thai Phoon Shrimp — fried shrimp with a tangy taste, courtesy the sweet and chilli sauce it is tossed in.

Follow it up with some soft lobster tails served with steamed vegetables and boiled rice. The chesapeake catch (mild tilapia with loads of spices) is also a good option. The fish is topped with a jumbo crab and served with steamed vegetables and rice.

Try the shrimp Diablo — it’s yumm. The festival is on till Monday. From 12 pm to 12 am. At all Ruby Tuesday outlets except Rajouri Garden.
