What is life like in the wettest and driest places on earth? This is what Dutch filmmaker Joost de Haas tries to examine.

He travels to Cherranpunji in Meghalaya in India where during the monsoons more than twice as much rain falls in a day than total rainfall in Holland over the entire year. Next, he stops at the Atacama desert where throughout the year not a drop of rain falls. Surprisingly both the places are habitated. The video sees how the locals manage water.
