Elderly woman stabbed, two held in Delhi

Kavita was alone at home when her servant Sonu along with an accomplice Raju stabbed her three times.

A 62-year-old woman was stabbed by her servant in west Delhi, police said on Thursday.

Kavita Wadhwa was alone at home when her servant Sonu along with an accomplice Raju stabbed her three times. The incident took place in the Punjabi Bagh area of west Delhi.

Police said Kavita's neighbours nabbed the accused after she raised an alarm.

Kavita is being treated at a city hospital and is out of danger, police said.
