England skipper Michael Vaughan will decide whether or not to play in his team's one-day international against Zimbabwe here on Tuesday at the very last minute.

Vaughan missed the win against South Africa at The Oval on Saturday due to back spasms while warming up with Marcus Trescothick taking over as skipper.
His condition has since improved, and he batted for an hour in Yorkshire's indoor school here on Monday.
However, England were not yet confident enough to announce Vaughan will definitely be fit.
"Michael batted for an hour, and his back is improving. It was stiff after the drive (from London), and we will make a final decision on Tuesday morning," said a team spokesman.
