Eva Longoria voted ‘Sexiest Actress on US TV’

Parker has said she cannot believe TV bosses picked her - because her character in Desperate Housewives has been all frumpy in episodes dating back to last year.

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria Parker has been voted the 'Sexiest Woman on US TV' in a new magazine poll.

Parker has said that she can't believe TV Guide's bosses picked her - because her character in 'Desperate Housewives' has been all frumpy in episodes dating back to last year. "I think the timing for this is pretty funny actually, but also really great,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

"I love that Gaby has been able to withstand time, along with the bad haircuts and all the extra pounds, and is still considered sexy," she added.

The actress' husband, French sports star Tony Parker agrees with the magazine's pick: "My husband thinks I’m at my sexiest the first thing in the morning. He says looking over at me as I’m waking up is his favourite thing."
