Septuagenarian Pitam Singh said, "I suffered a bullet wound, but there was nobody to take me to a hospital. The police have detained all young male members." "He is in the ICU and his condition is stable," said a doctor at Kailash Hospital.
"Three other farmers are in the ICU. Narender Singh has suffered a bullet wound. The other two have suffered stone injuries. Som Prakash has suffered a skull bone fracture and Om Prakash has wounds on the skull, and other parts of his body," said a doctor.
