Four members of banned Manipur outfit arrested in Delhi
Four members of Manipur's banned Kanglipa Communist Party, including its General Secretary, were arrested in the national capital, a senior police official said on Monday.

Four members of Manipur's banned Kanglipa Communist Party, including its General Secretary, were arrested in the national capital, a senior police official said on Monday.
Chong Dham Mangli Maju Singh alias KK, the General Secretary of the banned outfit is among the arrested, the official said. The other arrested are N Ratan Singh, N Amumacho Singh and C Edumacho Singh.
The Kanglipa Communist Party is a secessionist force, which was fighting for the independence of Manipur.
