Four of a family die in fire incident in Ambala
Four members of a family were burnt alive and three others were seriously injured when a fire broke out in one of the shanties at a slum area in the city today, officials said.

Four members of a family were burnt alive and three others were seriously injured when a fire broke out in one of the shanties at a slum area in the city today, officials said.
The fire also engulfed the adjacent shanty but the occupants managed to escape, they said, adding that the blaze could not spread further as the slum-dwellers doused it before fire engine arrived.
The injured were admitted at local hospital, they said, adding, the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. Five goats also killed in the incident.
