German woman records statement in rape case

The woman came from Delhi to appear before the court of Additional District Judge RK Maheshwari.

A German woman, who was allegedly raped by an engineering student in Alwar on March 21, on Wednesday recorded her statement before a local fast track court.

The accused BH Mohanty was also present in the court during the hearing.

The investigating officer has already framed charges against Mohanty and submitted them before the court on Tuesday.
