Cleansing: Cleansers help remove impurities from your pores. Using your fingertips massage the cleanser all over your face and neck in small circular movements. If you are using a cream-based cleanser, use soap-based cotton pads. Do not pull or stretch your skin.
Toning: Toning tightens your pores which helps revitalise your skin. Splash the toner onto a cotton pad and gently stroke your face and neck in small circular motions. Concentrate on your T-zone and hair line while avoiding sensitive areas like your eyes and lips.
Moisturising: Applying a moisturiser is the final stage of the cleansing program. Gently apply it evenly over your face and neck. Do not to use too much as your skin can only absorb a certain amount at a time. .
CHOOSING THE RIGHT CLEANSER AND TONER
