Tastefully illuminated with grand chandeliers at sprawling lawns, the palace, once the seat of Asaf Jahis, provided the perfect backdrop as ghazal lovers enjoyed the programme last night.
Bowing to popular demands, he presented his most sought after ghazals like "Chupke Chupke Raat Din" and also recited Mirza Ghalib's creations.
Ghulam Ali's performance was the last one in the seven-day long cultural festival, organised by Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation.
Violion Mastero L Subramaniam and Kathak exponent Birju Maharaj were among those who had performed at the festival.
