Golden jubilee celebrations at IAF station

THE TWO-day golden jubilee celebration and awareness meet regarding maintenance of aircraft and flight safety campaign started here at Military Engineering Service ground of Air Force station Gorakhpur.
This event has been organised by 27th Squadron to mark its golden jubilee. Air Force commandos presented para jumping and other attractive programmes, which was the major point of attraction for the civilians present. Besides the above, the said squadron has also organised a two-day awareness programme.
Wing Commander P Kumar inaugurated this programme. He said the objective of these events was to make people aware about the necessity to keep the area around the air force base clean.
