Govinda relented and agreed to complete the London-based comedy, which also stars Celina Jaitly and Rimi Sen. The film was pending since Govinda suddenly left London in the midst of the shooting.

The director, anxious to somehow complete his tragic comedy, agreed to Govinda's terms and conditions including changing the film's title to Showman from King Con.

"The film is now called Showman as it originally was. I've also deleted the portions Govinda objected to from a song in London featuring the Queen's lookalike. I've 50 minutes of edited footage. Govinda will now shoot the rest of the film from January 12," Dhulia said.
