The two stars are set to feature in one of Subhash Ghai's forthcoming projects to be directed by debutant Hadi Ali Abrar.

While Sanjay is relieved after his marriage with Manyata was pronounced legal Wednesday, Govinda has his kitty full with various films.

He has Kumar Mangat's Money Hai Toh Honey Hai, Sunil Shetty's Loot, Ravi Chopra's Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai, Jagmohan Mundra's next and also an untitled film by Rumi Jaffrey.

However, the female lead of the film has not yet been decided.
