The Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway) of GRP-court issued the release order on Saturday after the Centre and the state government concerned submitted separate petitions before the court seeking withdrawal of all the seven cases lodged against them, the official told PTI.
The 51 Pakistani nationals, including 25 women and four children who were languishing in the Central Jail in Jodhpur for the past 7 months, would be sent back to Pakistan by Thar Express on December 26, he said.
Immigration officials, while inspecting the passengers on board the train to Pakistan, had arrested these pakistani nationals from Munabao in April and May on the charges of tampering and over-righting on their visas.
The counsel for these detainees, Sandeep Mehta said all of them have been found to be innocent and the Central government has directed the Rajasthan authorities to withdraw the cases and release them.
Legal formalities for their release have been initiated, Mehta added.
