Unidentified gunmen fatally shot a man in a Tamil-majority neighbourhood in Sri Lanka's capital, police said.
"We are still investigating who were the killers," police spokesman Rienzie Perera said of the slaying in Colombo's Wellawatta neighborhood. He said the identity of the victim was also not yet known.
No other details were immediately available.
