Filmmaker Kaizad Gustad has been sentenced to one month in jail in connection with the death of his assistant.

Filmmaker Kaizad Gustad has been sentenced to one month in jail in connection with the death of his assistant, 26-year-old British national Nadia Khan.

Nadia was run over by a train at a suburb station near Mumbai in 2004 and Gustad was booked under charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder, but was later charged with ‘rash and negligent act’.
