HC allows HPCA to take possession of its properties

In major set back to Himachal Pradesh government, the high court bench ordered status quo ante, allowing Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) to hold possession of its infrastructure, including its scenic cricket stadium in Dharamsala, that were taken over by government on October 26.
