HC fixes Feb 23 to hear revision petition against Advani

The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court on Wednesday fixed February 23 for further hearing of the revision petition filed against Dy Prime Minister L K Advani's discharge in the Ayodhya demolition case by a special CBI court of Rae Bareli.
A single judge bench of Justice Y R Tripathi also fixed February 24 for further hearing of criminal revision petitions filed by Union HRD Minister Murli Manohar Joshi, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Uma Bharti, UP state BJP chief Vinay Katiyar, VHP leaders Ashok Singhal and Vishnu Hari Dalmiya and two others against the framing of charges against them in the Ram Janambhoomi-Babri Masjid Demolition case.
