The division bench of Justice RS Sodhi and PK Bhasin while issuing the notice asked the Delhi Police to file its reply within four weeks and posted the matter for further hearing.

Babloo Shrivastava and Nitin Shah were both last week convicted to life imprisonment for allegedly murdering a businessman Lalit Suneja, owing to a financial dispute in 1992.
