Justice RC Mishra issued the interim order during hearing of a plea filed by Narula demanding to quash the criminal complaint against him.

The petitioner said that Surendar Vishwakarma a complainant of Bina never came in contact with Nirmal Baba nor has the complainant made any allegation being induced to do any act that caused harm to him or to his property.

Nirmal Baba never made any claim with regard to curative magical solutions of the diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure and heart disease to anyone, is also one of the grounds taken by the petitioner.

Vishwakarma in his complaint lodged at the police station Bina has alleged that he being a religious person believed in Nirmal Baba's television programme and as endorsed by Nirmal Baba in the show he purchased a "black purse" twice but of no benefit.

According to the complainant, Nirmal Baba claimed in a TV show that if people kept money in a black purse, they would be blessed.

The petitioner counsel argued the complaint lacks merit and is filed to invoke law to vilify the innocent petitioner who commands immense respect in the society and has impeaccable reputation as a "spiritual guide".
