Chief Judicial Magistrate MY Akhoon deferred hearing on the bail pleas of former minister Raman Matoo and hotel manager Riyaz Kawa till July 21.
The judge deferred the case after Matoo, in a written application, sought time to file counter to the objections raised by CBI against his bail plea.
Matoo and Kawa do not have the services of the counsel to represent them at the court proceedings.
