Hrithik Roshan
I drink a lot of water throughout the day. I love mangoes but refrain from eating too many. I also like the tangy taste of apple juice.

Malaika Arora
In the summer, it’s a liquid diet and very light meals for me. Cooling curd rice and lots of coconut water are just perfect. Fortunately for me, my favourite beverage is water.

Rani Mukherjee
I have lots of watermelon, lychee and orange juice — basically fruits which have a lot of water content. Loads of curds are perfect for the summer.

Abhishek Bachchan
I begin and end my day with a glass of water. And orange juice is my favourite.

Soha Ali Khan
I drink bottles of water to keep the heat in check, and I eat a lot of fruit and yoghurt. I like drinking tetrapacks of juices like orange, tomato, kiwi, carrot, guava.

Celina Jaitley
I like to fill myself with bowls of chilled cubed papaya and a big glass of lassi. My favourite beverages are jal jeera and the black aerated drinks.

Bipasha Basu
I love to drink nimbu pani and coconut water. I’m also a cola person. My favourite summer salad is fresh fruit with curd, a dash of sugar, salt, mustard paste and chaat masala.

Esha Deol
I stay cool by sipping coconut water with lots of ice, nimbu pani and orange juice. When I was in school, I’d eat three scoops of banana split ice-cream every day.

Priyanka Chopra
I love to eat idlis and drink lots of fresh juices. I prefer chappatis to rice.

Vivek Oberoi
I drink at least three to four glasses of coconut water. I also love tadka ka lassi with jeera powder and salt. My favourite drinks are ganga jamuna, nimbu pani with kala namak and watermelon juice.
