"Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens" was Julie Andrew's mantra to beat her blues in The Sound of Music and it seems that Latino bombshell, Jennifer Lopez has drawn heavily from Maria's mantra in the classic film, to formulate her own defense mechanism against depression.

The only difference seems, that while 'Maria' remembered "A few of her favourite things" to help her not feel so bad, Lopez has made a list of all the good things she has, to perk her up when she is feeling low.

"When I'm like gaining weight, my hair's a mess, nothing I wear looks right... I'll make a list of all the things I have and that I'm grateful for, and ask myself, 'What are you being so silly about?'" Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.
