HP Minister appointed Cong poll observer in Rajasthan

Congress President Sonia Gandhi has appointed Himachal Pradesh Minister Harsh Mahajan as an observer for the assembly elections in Rajasthan.
Congress President Sonia Gandhi has appointed Himachal Pradesh Minister Harsh Mahajan as an observer for the assembly elections in Rajasthan.
Mahajan has been asked to be present in Rajasthan by November 15, Congress sources said.
Major Vijay Singh Mankotia has also been appointed as a party observer in Rajasthan.
