Hrithik backs Aamir all the way
Busy promoting his forthcoming flick Krrish, the new superhero had words of praise for the talented superstar. Superhero season | Unveiling Krrish
Hrithik Roshan, who has been busy promoting his forthcoming film Krrish, is extremely upset by the criticism Aamir Khan has faced for his support to the Narmada evacuees in Gujarat.

"I am ashamed to live in a country where one political party can use the power given to them by the people to try and punish an individual for his opinion and rob him of his democratic rights. And only because he believes in a righteous cause that goes against the interests of the political party concerned," Hrithik said in an interview.
Gujarat's ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been raising a hue and cry about Aamir's call for rehabilitation of people displaced by the Narmada Dam, leading to a ban on his latest movie Fanaa in the state.
Hrithik said: "The concerned party has shown the highest level of immaturity by trying to use power to stop the screening of Fanaa in an attempt to scare off Aamir and thereby threatening the entire film fraternity against taking a stance on any social or political issue in the future."
He said those opposing him have failed to understand Aamir's point of view.
"You know what's really ridiculous? They haven't understood what Aamir is trying to say. He's not against the dam -- he is concerned about the rehabilitation of the people who'd thereby be homeless.
"It's preposterous. I mean what kind of IQs do these gentleman have? They are behaving like bullies from school. I think these naysayers need to grow up. I am with Aamir all the way."
More power to the Hrithiks of the entertainment industry who have the guts to stand by their harassed colleagues!
