HRTC to release Rs 10 crore to clear arrears

HPPKS secretary Suresh Chandra said a delegation of the sangh had a discussion with Batta over the long pending arrears and dues of the HRTC employees.

Suresh said Batta agreed to their demands and said HRTC would release `10 crore not only to clear the dues of the pensioners, but to release pension of the employees who had recently retired but have not received pension since their retirement.

The HPPKS also demanded that a regular grant should be released in a time-bound manner to clear the dues of the pensioners in future.
