Actor Justin Timberlake says that he looked scrawny as a kid and is rather surprised at his status of sex symbol.

According to ananova.com, in an interview Timberlake said that he has come a long way since he was a child and admitted that he didn't always possess his women-wooing looks.

He said: "I had really awkward hair and terrible skin and I was really scrawny, I looked like a broccolini, not even a broccoli. I was long and skinny and my hair blossomed out on the top - I was a really weird looking kid."
