The court is likely to pass an order on the application on Tuesday.

Thakur also said the investigators used to hurl vulgar slang at her and had made her hear obscene audio material.

“They told me that they would make me strip, hang me upside down if I don’t confess,” Thakur said.

Accused Major (Retired) Ramesh Updhayay also complained to the court about torture in Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) custody.

“A top cop told me to confess and said if I didn’t, they would pulverise me,” Major Upadhyaya said in court. “Another senior policeman kicked me with his shoes on my face while another cop said that my mother had slept with the entire village to produce me.”
