The festival of Diwali is just around the corner, and to mark the occasion people across the nation have been making rangolis and sand paintings.

It is believed that Rangoli brings good luck. It is a Sanskrit word, signifying a creative expression of art by means of colors. It is believed that Rangoli brings good luck. It is also symbollic of welcoming the Gods into the house.
