An Indian couple from Kerala was found hanging from a ceiling fan in Hor Al Anz, Dubai, in what appears to be a suicide pact.

The man, Jaffer, 35, had been working and living in Dubai for the past 15 years, while his wife, Shemi, 26, had joined him six months ago. The two had got married two years ago.

Local police are investigating the case.
